High performance cartoner for cereals

ECONO-PAK is building a new high performance cartoner for packaging cereals in pouches. The Polish producer of various cereal brands is further automating its production and increasing capacity. The HK-S will pack cereals at speeds of up to 180 boxes per minute thanks to state-of-the-art technology. The bags are fed into the product conveyor via three star feeders. The packaging process consists of erecting the carton blank, loading the cereal bags from the side, and finally gluing and sealing the box. Thanks to fully automatic adjustment options, a format change can be carried out on this machine in just a few minutes - with just one click.
