ECONO-PAK built a vertical cartoner with special product handling for a producer of filters based in Baden-Württemberg.

With this machine, the carton blank is automatically erected.
Cylindrical filters and accessories are manually inserted into the carton from above. After automatic closing and gluing, the carton is turned  several times with the help of a servo-controlled construction with suction cups. In this way, it leaves the cartoner in the desired position. The whole process takes place continuously.
