Born in the USA – Packed with ECONO-PAK

ECONO-PAK produces a new top-load line with servo machines for a Californian ice cream manufacturer. 12 to 24 pieces of waffle ice cream are packed fully automatically into an erected carton box. The HFAI-S carton erector with two forming heads forms and glues the carton at high speed. A loading cell with robots places the ice cream into the carton boxes. 

The loaded carton box is then transferred to the WVE-S servo angle closer. It guides the lid down and glues and closes the box fully automatically. ECONO-PAK is pleased to welcome this customer in the United States of America.
